Meditation isn’t about shutting your mind off. It’s about learning to observe your thoughts without letting them control you. When practiced regularly, even for just 5-10 minutes a day, meditation can:

- Improve focus
- Reduce anxiety
- Help you reconnect with what you truly want—not what fear says you should avoid
Try this:
- Sit comfortably.
- Close your eyes.
- Focus on your breath.
- When thoughts come (and they will), notice them and gently return to your breath.
You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to begin.

Once you ground yourself through stillness, the next step is movement—imperfect but intentional action. Start small:
- Send that email.
- Post that idea.
- Sign up for that class.
You don’t need all the answers before you begin. You just need the courage to take the first step. Momentum builds clarity.
