As individuals, we create daily habits either intentional or unintentional by nature. When it is intentional, it affects your mindset on how things are done and when it is done. With an intentional daily habit it increase the workflow and the level of accomplishment you set for yourself. It allows you to be aware and focus on the goal which is also the prize. I believe breaking goals into small parts and setting deadlines will increase the chances of the accomplishment and being fulfilled. If you feel that your habits are unintentional this could be affecting your mindset to accomplishing your goals that you would like in life, no matter how small or large it may be.
